More cleaner look and music

I don't really remember what I've added but it's a bunch of cool stuff generally. Here are some that I do remember:

• Panels are movable now
• Can open and close panels from a wrist menu
• Can close the panels and get them back anytime
• All the panels are redesigned
• There's one dev-created map rn but that map will change too
• Changed how the music is integrated, it all streamed from the !!INTERNET!!!

Here are some stuff Im planning to add in the future (hopefully)

• Bring the drawing back
• Being able to move the drawings
• Add animating
• Change how the panels show up
• Changing where the objects spawn when editing a level
• Coloring
• Pop up panel for loading 
• Cutting??
• Tutorial
• A panel to share your feedback/wants
• Searching in the musics and maps panels
